Understanding the remote access preferences

Greeting: - this is the greeting message that can be recorded by the remote caller, via the remote access system. Choose the greeting you wish to be re-recordable.
An example:

In the above example, let's assume the 'Record Msg' command is using the greeting message "This is Chris Wiles, I am away from my desk, please leave me a message after the tone..".
This message would be selected both within the 'Record Msg' window and within the 'Remote Access' window. When a remote caller accesses the Remote Access system, and if they choose to re-record their current greeting, this would be the greeting message that is re-recorded.
Next message: - this is the key the remote access user can use to move to the next voice message. As default, the remote access system uses key '2' to move to the next voice message.
Delete message: - this is the key the remote access user can use to delete the current message. As default, the remote access system uses key '3' to delete the current voice message.
Replay message: - this is the key the remote access user can use to replay the current message. As default, the remote access system uses key '1' to replay the current voice message.
Help: - this key will play back the help message. The default help message is 'RemoteVoiceMenu', which states "Press the following keys at any time. Press 1 to advance to the next message. To replay your message, press 2. To delete your message, press 3 or press star for the main menu".
